Tennis Court Rental Rules

To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules when renting and using our tennis courts.

1. Booking & Cancellation

• Courts can be booked online, by phone, or directly at the location.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.

2. Court Usage

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Start and end your session punctually. Be respectful of others.
• Please clean up after use. Dispose of trash properly.
• Wear proper tennis attire and non-marking shoes.

3. Conduct & Safety

• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on premises.
• Treat staff and other players with respect.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Loyalty System

• Abuse of the loyalty system will result in a permanent ban from its use.
• Loyalty usage may be audited at any time to detect abuse.

5. Liability & Damages

• Users are financially responsible for any damages caused.
• Use of facilities is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or lost items.
